AnswerCould not start an worflow for Survey response

    When I try to start work flow for Survey response, the workflow is not starting and status of WF is displaying as 'Failed to Start'. In the logfile I can see an entry saying

    I found an KB 926370 saying that its a known bug. I just want to know if this is fixed in MOSS SP1?
