Outgoing Email to Lotus Notes in Workflow
- I'm running Notes 8.5 and MOSS Designer 2007. I created a workflow to approve/reject documents. The Email to create the task is fine. But the Email when the document is approved or rejected is missing the title (I retrieved from current - title ) and the body has this in it:

Content-Transfer-Encodeing: 8bit
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
MIME-Version: 1.0
X-Mailer: Windows SharePoint Services (version 3)
The document has been approved. <----I only what this.
How do I surpress the other information?

What if the alert is send to other email system such as Hotmail? You can change the email address for the user in SharePoint Central Administration->Shared Services Administration-> User Profile and Properties -> View User Profiles -> select the specific user and click Edit in the dropdown menu.
