    Hi!

One of our employees deleted all his work emails before he left and we need to restore some really important corporate information.

Before I'm just following a random guide from Google I would love to hear from you if thats the safest and easiest way to do that on an up-to-date SBS 2011 standard with the build-in backup system.

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

If this is within the Exchange retention period (default value is 30 days) you can simply restore the items using Outlook or Outlook WebAccess.

For Outlook 2010 you can go to: the Folder tab, in the Clean Up group, click Recover Deleted Items

Via OWA, right click your Deleted Items folder and choose recover deleted items

Thanks Ronny, is there a way to restore all those items at once ?

In Outlook the most left icon is "select all" so click this and then choose recover deleted items and all items are going to be restored at once
