IE still don't trust.

Please elaborate the issue that you are experiencing??
Is it with External access of OWA?? RWA ??
The certificate that you are trying to install might not be validating the IIS since the cert under that might be different.
Did it ever worked ??
Best solution: Move the complete folder for public downloads to some other location. Run IAMW under SBS console >> Networking>> Connectivity tab, it will generate anew cert and bind it with all components. Also it will generate a new certificate distrubution pacakage.
