Unable to run Microsoft Baseline Configuration Analyzer 2.0 on SBS2003 server.

I try to migrate a SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 but get error in the Migration Tools on the MBCA application.
This is the extract from the migration tools log.
I am not able to manually start the MBCA 2.0 on the server, the information field of hardware is emty.
Here is the information in the logfile.

Uninstall the BCA and reinstall it. Weird I know, but I think it will work....
