exception code c0000005 is access denied. Are you running the tool with admin command prompt and account which has privileges to do this?
Btw I forgot to ask what version of ktpass.exe are you running?- Edited by MohitkapoorMicrosoft Community Contributor Tuesday, February 26, 2013 9:57 PM

My bad , I forgot to ask the Os version . If you are running this on 2008 box and later then 5.2.3790.3959 is a wrong version. Is that the case?- Marked As Answer by Andy QiMicrosoft Contingent Staff, Moderator Monday, March 04, 2013 7:48 AM
