SBS 2011 CPU Running at 100% CPU - New Install

I have a brand new SBS 2011 install. Server is a 3.30GHz Xeon CPU, 32GB Ram. It has 6 users on it.
It ran fine for about a week and today the CPU just sits at 100%, a reboot doesn't fix it. Process Explorer does not show any process using alot of CPU.
Any ideas on what the issues could be?

Wednesday, March 06, 2013 4:39 AM How is that possible? I mean to say if no process is taking lot of CPU how is the total usage is 100% ? Can you post a full screenshot of task manager?
