You mean only the reoccurred calendar experienced this kind of issue?
I suggest that you should use a normal meeting to verify the issue could be reproduced or not. At the same time, please make sure your Outlook client and server are both up-to-date.
I suggest you could use Outlook 2003 to verify whether the issue could be reproduced or not.
