I help maintain a site with SBS2003 and clients using Office 2010.
One member has created a secondary unshared calendar within Outlook (right click calendar/New Calendar). Some recurring appointments have been added with reminder set to none.
Reminders occur at the default 5 minutes before interval.
You mean only the reoccurred calendar experienced this kind of issue?
I suggest that you should use a normal meeting to verify the issue could be reproduced or not. At the same time, please make sure your Outlook client and server are both up-to-date.
