Do you know if there is some know issue related to printers drivers
    management ?

In a little enviroment (5 clients mixed: xp, vista, seven) sometimes some
the clients loose printer connectivity without reason.

The printer is still present in control panel but sending a print nothing
    happen (no error).
Looking the server, I saw that no spool was sended from client.

Trying to open the printer property from client, an error message appear :
    "No printer drivers is installed".

    Why this happen ??

    Thank you for support

I would first check to see if the printer manufacturer has an updated driver for the printer, and if so, install it.

When this happens, can you ping the print spooler from the client PC?  Does it happen with all of the clients at once, or when one has this problem, can the others print normally?  Can you always print from the SBS (is this an issue only with the client PCs)?

Are you having an issue with a single printer, or multiple printers?

What type of printer(s) - make, model, etc. How are the printer(s) connected? -- directly to the server, or directly to a workstation, or are they network (ethernet) printers or network (wireless) printers.
