Where can I locate documentation in Italian about the italian version of SBS 2011 Essentials?

yes, sorry I have been on leave. The story is online help was translated for client help only not server admin. If you click on some of the links from the landing page you will see what documents have been translated and which ones are still in english. I am still discussing with the Online Help team about this and future updates.
