SBS 2011 Explorer 10 RDP

I have an sbs 2011 server. I want to use RWW with win 8 pro. I can log onto rww fine but can't do RDP on the computers listed. I get an error that the active x rdp client is not enabled. When I try to enable it, I find it is not installed. I do not get a prompt to install it. I have the rww site in the trusted security group. I also checked the security settings relative to active x in explorer and they are set as recommended.
Any idea how I can get this active x rdp client installed?

Have you tried running IE as Admin?
Also lower the security settings as low as possible to try and get the ActiveX prompt.
