Windows server 2012 Essentials Add user group?

Where do I add a group in Win server 2012 essentials? I would like to have a user group that does include folder redirection and one that does not.
Also, better DHPC by server 2012 essentials or my firewall (untangle)? I like getting the user reports from untangle, but I know there is a way to integrate that with AD, I just don't know how. I spose I would have to look into the untangle forums for that, but I am not sure that 2012 essentials AD is compatible. Any one know?

Hi Aaron:
Sorry to say I don't have the Console memorized, but assuming it is not on the console, please click Start - Admin Tools - Active Directory Users and Computers. In that console, right click on the list of objects and then new - group.

on the UnTangle question...
I get reports from my UT box regardless of the fact it is not in AD. Al I needed do was tell it 'email reports to this address'.
For UT to automatically link reported usage back to AD accounts you need both the 'Directory Connector' and, I believe, the login script to then associate the traffic to AD accounts.
This question should however be moved to the WS12E forum.
