What does the Add-WssComputerAccess cmdlet do on SBS 2011 Essentials?

The powershell cmdlets are not intended to be used.
The dashboard uses them in the background to accomplish tasks.
I would imagine this is the cmdlet that grants users access to computers, for remote access etc.
