Blank value while browsing the cube

I am trying to browse the data in cube with 'Browser' tab. I droped the 'dimension attribute' into row field, and measure count value into the Total field. in row field it is showing one blank value along with attribute value.
Can you please tell me
1) here what is the Blank value?
2) Can we rename this value?
3) Can we avoid this value?The folowing shows the problem

The (Blank) value results from situations where you have integrity issues in your source data. For instance, your fact table references a MaterialID of 1 and no record with a Material ID of 1 exists in you DimMaterial table. The name of your Unknown member can be changed in the Dimension editor by selecting the node corresponding to the Dimension in the Attributes panel of the dimension editor and changing the value in the Properties window.

Can you please suggest me where and how to change the '(Blank)' name as 'Empty Values'.
