    Hi Folks,

    When I Process a dimension i am getting the following error's


    Errors and Warnings from Response
    Internal error: The operation terminated unsuccessfully.
    Server: The current operation was cancelled because another operation in the transaction failed.
    The datasource, 'Rdw', contains an ImpersonationMode that is not supported for processing operations.
    Errors in the high-level relational engine. A connection could not be made to the data source with the DataSourceID of 'DBName', Name of 'DBName'.
    Errors in the OLAP storage engine: An error occurred while the dimension, with the ID of 'Assessment', Name of 'Assessment' was being processed.
    Errors in the OLAP storage engine: An error occurred while the 'Short Name' attribute of the 'Assessment' dimension from the 'CubeName' database was being processed.

    Hi Siva,

    Go to Data Source Name and change the property for Impersonation Information to Specifi Windows User. Attached image is for your reference :

    Hi Feroz,

                 Thanks for your response, i am already tried with that one. still i have the same problem.

    i would like to tell u one thing here,  recently our development machine upgraded from Sqlserver2008 to sqlserver2012. The connections all are well and good.

    Hi Siva,

    Then the problem lies in SQL Service in Windows that can be related to the account that you use for the SSAS2005/8 service. Use the same domain account for access rights to the data source and that you are using for the SSAS2005/8 service.

    Goto Services-->Microsoft SSAS Service and check "Log On as" details.

    Update on this !
