Some people believe that other replication tools are more mature and give better options/connectivity.
It all depends on what you want to accomplish with replication.
We use DBMoto and BusinessObjects to get real time reporting from replicated tables from JDE on a different database plaform on an IBM mini-computer. SQL Server does not have a replication for that RDBMS - only SQL Server and Oracle.
