Getting some blank space in between rows in Tablix when exporting report to PDF

Hi,
I developed a report which contains 4 tablixes. I placed 4 tablixes in the report body itself.
In my 3rd tablix, i have a row in which i am printing one of the fields which has a large volume of text (May be 10000 chars in HTML format).
I am getting a blank space in between the rows in 3rd tablix. First 2 rows are coming in page 1 with a lot of space and the 3rd row which has large text going to next page.
Can you help me out what is the fix for this?
