DTSXChange crashes

Hi everyone, i recently download a trial version of DTSXchange and installed it correctly. When i tried to run it it crashed with the following error message

Has anyone come across this problem? if so, how have you resolved it?

What components of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise did you install? BIDS? Integration Services?
