DTSXChange crashes

  Hi everyone, i recently download a trial version of DTSXchange and installed it correctly. When i tried to run it it crashed with the following error message

  I have all the required components and tools installed. I am running the program under Vmware Workstation.

  Has anyone come across this problem? if so, how have you resolved it?
