flat file connection manager error

hi when i am creating flat file connection manager it is not recognising the headers and finally giving error
can any one give me the reason for this

please expand on "not recognising headers"
in which case set rows to ignore in teh connection manager to an appropriate value (1 or 2 depending on how many header rows)
do you mean it is failing because it is trying to load headers or that you have set "headers in teh 1st row" but it is not picking them up?
in which case see if you have set "rows to ignore" to a value which means the headers will not be evaluated
