Powerpivot crashes when doing sorts

  win2008R2 enterprise 64-bit, excel2010, powerpivot (64bit)

  When sorting smallest to largest we get the error :

  unable to open file \\?\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Analysis Services\AS OLEDB\10\FlightRecorderCurrent.trc

  This file does not exist. we uninstalled powerpivot, removed the folder : C:\Program files\Microsoft Analysis Services and installed it again but this has had no impact

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
