    Hi

I have used Powerpivot for a month now and beside a few bumps im getting pretty comfortable with it.

I have no programming experience but been taping into SQL Queries aswell.

Anyway. I am extracting some data from our SQL database and i use powerpivot to create DAX meassures and remove some coloums and hide a few coloums from pivottable in excel. When im done with the design i sometimes find myself missing a coloum or 2. So i use the properties to add a line or 2 in my SQL statement, writing the line instead of selecting it using the wizard.

Here comes the problem when it updates it Creates a JIT error and says that i can activate JIT debugger. I am suspecting it to have something to do with a problem i had a month ago where i crashed an excel document with powerpivot. The problem was that i reinstalled my powerpivot (and i think also visual studio). Now the whole powerpivot deal just seems a bit more unstable than before.

Anyone know anything or can help me further?

Running 64-bit windows and office. 2010 (64 bit) visual studio runtime plugin.

Really hoping for some ideas and/or suggestions.

    Best Regards

    Tommy
