Cannot create PowerView report based on PowerPivot model in Excel 2010

I have a Sharepoint 2010 Enterprise & SQL 2012 Enterprise Server M\C's. When a user creates a model in PowerPivot in Excel & uploads the file in PowerPivot Gallery in Sharepoint Web Applicaiton, they get a option to create a powerview report. For certain users, the following error message is received when they click on "Create PowerView Report" button.
"The Web application at http://10.224.213.234:38891/PowerPivot Gallery/RD.xlsx could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application. "
In the URL above, RD.xlsx is the file name. I am one of the users who is facing this issue. I have tried googling & binging but not definite resolution is available.
Kindly advise how to resolve this issue.
