Snapshot Agent Security Question

Newbie Question: I am trying to set up Snapshot Replication in my lab and tried to set the Snapshot Agent under the security context of the SQL Server Agent service account. But that option is grayed out and the only option available is "Run under the following Windows Account".
Could any one please tell why this option is grayed out and how to enable it? My team doesn't want to deal with the passwords updates now and then and here's the only the option that I can see that need not have password updates.
This is SQL Server 2005 hosted on Win2003 server
