rsUnknownUserName

It's been a while since I've granted new Domain users access to report directories through Reporting Services manager. WHen I try to add a valid domain username to the report, I get the 'rsUnknownUserName' error- "The user or group name '[domain\username]' is not recognized. (rsUnknownUserName)"
So, I'm not sure if some settings have changed, but where / how can I find out what user account the Reporting Services server logs onto the domain with to check if the user I'm adding is valid?
Thanks,
Chris

Chris,
You can see the RS log on account in Configuration Manager. Just right click on the RS services.
