SQL Reporting Service Error

Our scheduled SCOM 2007 R2 reports in HTML format is having the following issue:
No image (broken image with X mark) shows up in the HTML reports. Excel and PDF version of reports are ok but only HTML (Report Format: Web page for IE 5.0 or later (.htm)) is having issue.
When I browse the URL of the image (from right-click the image -> property -> URL), it gives me the following error:

SQL Server Reporting ServicesSomething has to be changed at the code level? or any hotfix or config change to fix this?
