I think there may be a problem with your Visual Studio. You may solve this problem by repairing your Visual Studio installation. This issue may also be caused by the Business Intelligence Templates.

Well, then I would guess that this is a bug.

Have you tried opening this report using SSDT (VS 2010 Shell)?

    Hi John,

Based on my research, the issue may be related to the version of the SQL Distributed Management Objects (SQL-DMO) component. To resolve the issue, please install the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Backward Compatibility Components which includes the latest versions of Data Transformation Services 2000 runtime (DTS), SQL Distributed Management Objects (SQL-DMO), Decision Support Objects (DSO), and SQL Virtual Device Interface (SQLVDI). These versions have been updated for compatibility with SQL Server 2005 and include all fixes shipped through SQL Server 2000 SP4. Please download the proper package based on your OS version from:

    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=202308&clcid=0x409 (x86 package)

Windows Application has stopped working :: Problem Event Name CLR20r3

    Hope this helps.
