PowerView map does not display non-US addresses

The PowerView report has a map to show sites in multiple countries. The map displays locations in US properly, but it does not display most of non-US locations. I tried multiple ways to build an address string, but nothing worked.
Here is the example of the address I could not get to work: Dover Street, Manchester, M13 9PL, United Kingdom. At the same time, the Bing Geocoding web service returns proper coordinates.
Any ideas on what is going on with PowerView? Meanwhile, I am going to just do the geocoding separately, and use Longitude and Latitude instead of the address.

Hi Volodymyr,
The Map control in Power View should also work properly for the locations outside North America. Could you install the latest updates for SQL Server and SharePoint (or Excel) as well as Silverlight?
