    Hello All,

    I need to redirect a group of my users based on their role in the company. Like if Group1(sales, IT, etc) types in reportserver url in the browser they should be redirected to Report1, Group2 to  Report2 and Group3 just stay on homepage. Is it possible to accomplish anything like this, if yes can someone please help me?

    Hi Got_a_q,

    In Reporting Services, each use will access to the home page if he has the permission to access it and type the report server URL on the web browser. So in your scenario, you want to each use redirect to different folder base on their group, I am afraid this cannot be achieved. What we can do it that grant different permission to different report server items base on different group. In this case, different user in different group can only see their own report on report server. For more information about how to do it, please see:
