Please check if the service account’s password has been changed in SSCM (SQL Server Configuration Manager). If the password has been changed, please correct it in SSCM. You can also try to start the service in services.msc, also pay attention to update the
service account’s password.
Another way to solve this issue is disable the VIA protocol in SSCM-- SQL Server network configuration.
