installation error sql server 2012 on windows 8

Error while enabling Windows feature NetFx3.
Applies to: Microsoft Windows Server 8 Beta, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 RC0, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V.
Problem Description.
We were installing SQL Server 2012 RC0 on a Windows Server 8 virtual machine, and the installation was already in progress when we received the following error:
Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Release Candidate 0 Setup
The following error has occurred:
Error while enabling Windows feature: NetFx3, Error Code: -2146498298, Please try enabling
Windows feature: NetFx3 from Windows management tools and then run setup again. For more
information on how to enable Windows features, see ...............so what i i do with sql server .....???
i m using visual studio 2012 but sql server ???why sql server 2012 error....
on windows 8???
please solve this error.......

Also, as Naomi mentioned, why don't you better install SQL 2012 RTM than RC0.

OKay. First please make sure you have gone through http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2681562 it has various scenerios of error message. This is to make sure you are installing proper version.
