SQL 2012 - Features for the AlwaysOn/High-Availability Cluster

Hi there!
What features are needed for the installation of the SQL Server 2012 on Windows 2012? This instance will be used as AlwaysOn for the System Center 2012 suite component.

Can somebody kindly share their experience on which features of the SQL Server I need to have in order to be able to enable AlwaysOn on highly available SQL Servers which have one instance?
