Windows update for SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack keeps failing with a code of 84B20001!
How can I get this to install?

I could if you could tell me how to capture a screen shot for Windows 7 64-bit version. The PrtScn key doesn't seem to work on a Microsoft Natural Multimedia Keyboard.

I believe there are few other ways to work out. Use your iphone and take a photo, mate. ahhaaa
you can insert as image to your reply.
