sql server error

hey all
i installed sql server 2008 when i installed the following error occur
also when i go in configuration manager there is empty in this
plz anyone can tell me about this problem?????

Hello,
SQL Server Database Engine is not installed. You have installed only the tools to manage SQL Server.Please download SQL Server 2008 Express Edition with Service Pack 3 from the following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27597When you finish installation, please enable TCP/IP and Named Pipes protocols. Enable SQL Server Browser service also.

Hello,
No don’t uninstall what you already have. The computer have installed the tools needed to manage SQL Server 2008 don’t uninstall them.Just perform the installation of the file I mentioned, and it will complement what your computer has installed.
