    having issue installing SQL Server on Windows 7 Home Premium. I receive an alert stating that the system does not meet minimum requirement, and the system needs service pack 1. How do i get this service pack 1

    Please download Windows 7 SP1 from the following link:

    Please take note that only SQL Server Developer Edition and Express Edition are supported on Windows 7 Home. For more information, please see the following document:

    Please use windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe if your computer has a 32-bit operating system and use windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe if your computer has a 64-bit operating system.

    I had the same issue.  I've installed SP1 now how do I restart the SQL Server installation?

    Run SQL Server setup from the media again, as you did when you received the error message.

    Hi.

    I fought that i had the same problem. But after download windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe I've got message: Service Pack are already installed.

    So i try again install sql server and always got message:

    TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 1 Setup
