Whenever I try to launch Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express it tells me to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1. Then I attempt to download them but it then tells me that a fatal error has happened and I can't install it. So I then won't
to the Windows Update and download Visual Studio 2010 XML Editor, and then it tells me error code 643. I have already heard to close all Visual Studio Programs but that did not help. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium.
