Hi,
May I know where you noticed the issue? Could you please let also me know the detail steps performed before the issue occurred?
To ensure the computer can get managed properly, please try the following:
1. Please go to “Administration – Device Management – Agented Managed” and ensure the computer exists.
2. Please try the methods in the following post:
Troubleshooting ‘Unknown’ software and update status, ‘Not yet contacted’ and lack of hardware and software inventory
