Hello, im new in SCE2010.
After reading some sources for unattended install of Firefox i used the cmd.exe(as package in folder) and a install.bat (as Option) with "firefox3.6.exe /S" and other thing to deploy Firefox.
I need to know: It is possible to deploy Firefox without user interaction? Wich options i need to deploy?
Regards
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Please manually run the "install.bat" with "CMD.exe" on the local machine and see if it works.
Regarding how to create a software package, I would like to suggest you refer to the following guides:
How to Create and Deploy a Software Package in Essentials
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb422906.aspx
How to Create a Software Package That Contains a Response File in Essentials

Meanwhile, I also think we need to know the parameters for the Firefox installation package. Considering this is related to specific software and we have limited information to help, it is recommended that you contact Firefox Support for help:

OK, i tested local on my machine.
extraxt the Firefox3.6.blah.exe
cmd.exe as Admin
install.bat with entry
setup.exe -ms
then a few seconds later the install is done.
In SCE2010 it doesnt work.
Folder with extracted Firefox with cmd.exe as Install Target.
Then option for the installer "install.bat".
Doesnnt work, any idea?
