AD Replication Monitoring Error

Am receiving this error on my DC's: AD Replication Monitoring : encountered a runtime error.
Failed to obtain the InfrastructureMaster using a well known GUID.
The error returned was: 'Failed to get the 'fSMORoleOwner'Following this thread:social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/operationsmanagermgmtpacks/thread/2924831a-d5e0-43c9-b52b-1ab0742ab4f4 I was able to determine that the ForestDNSZones infrastructure record was pointing to an old retired DC (using ADSI edit). However, when I do a netcom query fsmo, it shows the correct Infrastructure FSMO holder.
How do I correct this in the ForestDNSZones. System is Windows Server 2003.
Thanks

Sorry, should have specified. Yes this is using SCE2010.
I guess I can post the question in the Windows Server forum as well...but figured other SCE users may have had a similar error and solution available.
Thanks
