Hello,
When creating a new incident, is there an easy fast way to add or remove fields from the template? Or must the custom Authoring tool be used, and a management pack then imported?
Thanks,
Greg

Hi, yes, you must create a new Management Pack with the Authoring Tool (or directly via XML) and import it in order to do this.
These may help:

Removing/adding fields will remove/add them from the form and consequently the template. You cannot add/remove fields just by using a template. You can however, set the fields using the template.Makenzie Snow
