    How can I increase the limit of how many records are loaded by default when I click on a View on the Console?

    Factory setting is 500, can I increase this to 1000?

    Hi Dan,

    As it is right now MS does not support that you change this. It will only lead to perf issues if you try to increase this number.

    Sorry, "must not change it" is not acceptable. If you know where to change it, then I can show its effect to the customer on the test environment, and then on the live system at after work hours, so he can decide.

    But I need to show them, so they can decide.

    Hi Dan,

    I'm sorry that you don't find my answer acceptable - There is a reason why MS does not support anyone to change the value, just like many other things.

    Even though I now how to change this, you'll need to go through MS support and then you might be able to get something usefull. :-)

    Sorry if this is not acceptable for you, but it is the best I can do for you.

    As far as I know there is no any solutions to increase that limit. It's hardcoded.
