W2K server taking an update that was not approved or scheduled.

Hello,

I am running wsus 2.0 and am patching many servers with it. In the recent days I have noticed that a patch for KB816093 is getting applied to the servers randomly, this is nothing I have approved. The servers in question are W2k SP4. Is this normal operation, a bug, or am I missing something in the configuration?
