What are the steps to review or the report to run to determine each clients current Windoes Patches isntalled.

!) In this way I can build the correct package or smaller packages for the machiones rather than trying to piece together every patch for each area in one big delpoyment?

    Hi,

In WSUS, there is a report named Computer Detailed Status report, running this report, select the status as "installed/not applicable", select the group as "All computers", then the report will show the updates which has been installed or not needed for each client, but the Prerequisite is this update has been synchronized by WSUS server.

I'd like to suggest you use SMS/SCCM to create a custom report to show every update installed in each client.
