Windows install is missing and or corrupt on Windows Vista

Saturday, May 19, 2012 8:20 PMHello-I'm running a 32 bit Vista premium home operating styem on a Dell computer. I have tried every fix on Microsoft answers and still no solution. I've also included error messages to the forum as well as notepad and nothing at all will fix Windows installer is missing affecting everything including microsoft update.
