    Hello, just thought I would post this, as I really don't know who to speak to next about it, and for me, it's virging on theft.

    I subscribed and paid for a technet subscription last wednesday (08/02/2012), which is 6 days ago, and I still have not received access to it, yet having checked with my bank, the money left my account the next day.

    Every time I mail them about it, it takes another 24 hours for them to get back to me. This time, they want me to prove to them that I have paid, by sending them a copy of my bank statement.

    I'm gobsmacked.

    Does anyone have any answers to this?

    I don't know any other company anywhere that could get away with this.

    If there's anyone who actually works for technet here, you really need to take a look at your service and procedures.

    Update: It's now been 9 days, and I'm still getting nothing but excuses from Technet.

    They have finally admitted (when pushed) that they have recieved my payment, but now tell me it's going to be another 4 or 5 days until they can tell me any more.

    Just be careful guys and girls when your hitting the payment button for a subscription. This company can apparently hold your money back, without reason, for what will be 2 weeks, and even then I'm not sure I'm going to get access.

    I hope no-one else has to go through this.

    If you dont mind, I would like to find out more about what happened with your order.  Could you contact me directly through the "site feedback" link at the bottom of http://technet.microsoft.com/subscriptions ?  Drop in whatever info you have, or I'll reply to you individually and we can trade email to get to the bottom of it.
