    I want to install SystemCenter 2012 as a child HyperV machine.

    and i want to know, if i could manage the physical ones, that have Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 Standard and Free HyperV 2012 Server.

    Yes. VMM can be installed on a virtual machine and manage the parent partition (the hyper-v host that hosts the VM).
