Please check
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2405062
Try to disable firewall on hyper*v machine too. On source machine remote management and wMI exceptions should be created

Is the VM (VHD image) prepared with sysprep? With a local administrator password that is blank?
That is required for SCVMM 2008(+)

Hi Brian,
Yes the VHD is sysprep. But I dont think so that the local administrator password is blank. because at the time when i sysprep the machine it was not blank.
Let me tell you what i done.
I created a VM of Windows Server 2008 R2 in hyper-v, then i Sysprep the VM and turn it off then i copied the VHD in SCVMM library from there i created a template with this VHD.
Is there any thing i am missing?

Hi Fawazi,
Firewall of Hyper-V machine is also disabled. Let me just change the port of BITS on the SCVMM server as described in the article, Will update you soon.

"The Administrator password on the virtual hard disk should be blank as part of the Sysprep process. However, the Administrator password for the guest operating system profile does not have to be blank."
That statement comes from here:

Brian,
The article you share with me is about VMM 2007 but i am using VMM 2008 R2 Sp1 and deploying the Windows Server 2008 R2 template. However i have managed to solve my problem by allowing unencrypted files transfer from my Host and Library server
Thanks both of you for your reply. Hope this will help others who are having the same problem.
