Answered hyper-v element not found

    I have a brand new install of w2k8 R2 SP1.  I add my first VM and attempt to start it using an ISO file to install.  I click on start and i get the following errors.

    Win7VM could not find a suable certificate.  Error: 'Element not found'  (0x80070490)

    Win7vm could not initialize machine remoting system.  Error: element not founf. (0x80070490)

    This is a full install of w2k8 and i am logged on to the desktop and running hyper-v manager locally.  

    I have run all of the updates but i still don't know what or why this is happening.  Thanks.

    also i looked at this thread and tried restarting the hyper-v services and got nothing.  I also went to run-->mmc--> certificates-->hyper-v virutal machine management-->vmms\personal and i have nothing.  yet on my other hyper-v serve ri have the cert for that server.  OS how do i recreate that cert?  thanks.

    matter of fact i don't even have a folder called certificates under vmms/personal

    So i tried this andi still do not have a folder call Certificates under the vmms/personal in Hyper-v Virtual Machine management.

    Set-ExecutionPolicy unrestricted
