I have one cluster that has been added to SCVMM 2012 SP1 and both nodes list the VM count as zero.  I don't see any errors anywhere when refreshing the cluster.  When viewing the health status of each cluster node everything shows green.  They have the latest version of the SCVMM agent.  Not sure where else to look for issues at this point.

Are there any jobs still running in the 'Jobs' section?

No, there are no running jobs.  I have also rebooted each cluster node several times.  I am not seeing this on any of my other clusters.

This cluster was not running Server 2008 R2 SP1 when I upgraded my database to SCVMM 2012 SP1 and it removed these hosts.  Apparently it did not clean up the associated VM's in the database and they were causing problems.  I found records in tbl_WLC_VMInstance.  Once I removed the records in that table for all the VM's in this specific cluster they now detect and show up as expected.
