    I have an old server running VMWare VSPhere 4 Essentials.  I would like to manage this server with my VMM 2008 R2 SP1, and hopefully do a V2V conversion to one of my Hyper-V hosts.  I've added the VMWare server, which is visible under 'Virtulization Managers'.  The status is 'Responding' but a new Hosts group was not created and the guests did not show up.  Can I manage the VSPhere server or am I out of luck?
