Good day everyone...
I have the Virtual Machine Managment Console installed on my Windows 7 x64 workstation. The version number I am using is 3.0.6019.0.
If I connect to my workstation via RDP, then VMM works perfectly. There are no problems.
If I login directly to the machine, the application crashes every time. Here is the message in the event log:

Well, I have narrowed down the problem....
The workstation has 4 monitors. If I reduced the number of monitors is uses to 1, the problem goes away, and the VMM 2012 console works perfectly. The same is true of any of the four monitors, as long as I am only using one at a time.
The moment I use 2 or more monitors, the problem re-occurs. It doesn't make what combination of monitors I am using.
Any ideas? (Yes, I have the latest version of the drivers...... :) )
Thanks!

Turns out that problem has something to do with the Graphics Card. After swapping the card the problem went away. Swapping again caused the problem to re-appear.
So: A "Certain graphics card(s)" + "Multiple monitors" + "VMM Admin Console" = Strange error. If you see this "common" error and have more than one monitor, try switching to a single monitor and see if the program works. Thank you Process Monitor for helping me troubleshoot.
Have a great day everyone, and thank you for your suggestions!
